Chase was the best realtor we could have asked for. He was helpful and patient throughout the entire process no matter how many houses we saw. He kept track of what we liked better than ourselves and would recommend houses based on that. I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about Chase! This was my first time buying a house so on top of learning everything about the process, we had pretty drastic market + rate changes, a few interesting offer situations, multiple interrupted vacations on his end (sorry Chase!) and ups and downs in my personal life. Somehow Chase not only stayed sane through it all, but he was always patient and encouraging. He's fantastic at explaining each step and making sure everyone feels comfortable with what's happening; his communication is timely and thorough, and he's somehow always in a good mood! He's also amazing at the delicate balance between getting you the best deal while also making sure you're playing the market intelligently.

I have a tendency to be way too detail oriented and ask a lot of questions.
